In response to thousands of letters from the public, Kohl's has agreed to remove all drinking games from store shelves and its website. We commend Kohl's for setting an example of good corporate citizenship by responding so promptly and positively to the concerns of its customers.

There is much more work to do. Please sign the Get Serious petition urging your governor and state legislators to adopt alcohol policies that are proven effective and will save lives.
